Privacy policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains how Halden, a brand of Lemon Agency LLC (“we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through this website. Postal address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you send a question or request: your name, email, optional phone number, where you plan to build, your timeline and any notes.
- Purchase details. When you buy, Stripe, our payment processor, handles your card details. We receive confirmation of payment, the plan you bought, your name, email and billing address, not your full card number. We also record when your file is downloaded, to support you and to apply our refund policy.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to run and secure the site.
- Advertising measurement. If enabled, the Meta pixel records page views, form submissions, checkout starts and purchases so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar technologies. For purchases, our server may also send Meta the event with your email in hashed form. None of this happens if you opt out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How we use it
To answer your request, deliver plans and support you afterward; to keep records required for tax and accounting; to secure the site; and, unless you opt out, to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your information for money.
Who we share it with
Service providers who work for us: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery, payment processing (Stripe) and, if you allow it, Meta for advertising measurement. Sharing data with Meta for ad measurement may count as “sharing” or “sale” under some state privacy laws, which is why you can turn it off below.
Your privacy choices
You can opt out of advertising measurement on this device here. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers.
Do not sell or share my personal information.
Status on this device: advertising measurement is allowed.
Your rights
Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, write to our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can use an authorized agent where your state allows it.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to a purchase: up to 24 months. Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
